The plan will also cover grandchildren, stepchildren , adopted children and adoptive children who depend exclusively on the registrant and deltadental.

The deltadental plan has two parts: Plan A and Plan B. A cover 100% of preventive services and diagnostics. Plan A has a maximum benefit amount of $ 1,350 per year. Plan B covers 80% of diagnostic and prevention and has a maximum benefit amount of $ 1,000 per year. Other services provided at two levels registered during the first twelve months include 80% coverage on denture repairs for Plan A, 50 % for Plan B , and 50% of fillings , endodontics and oral surgery , both in Plans A and B. After the first twelve months of membership , coverage extends in both plans include periodontics , crowns , dentures and treatment of TMJ ( temporomandibular joint dysfunction ) for deltadental.

As a member of the dental PPO plan, which is also known as the Delta Dental PPO , you can choose to use any dentist without notifying the PPO . You can also change dentists without notice. However, to get the maximum benefits you can decide to use a Delta Dental PPO dentist . Currently , there are more than 67,000 DeltaDental PPO dentists across the United States.
